With over 20 years experience, we take great pride in the fixing and tuning up your bike.  Always learning new ways to solve problems.  Keeping up with the latest bike component technologies through mechanic certification and courses. See and feel the quality in the workmanship. Weather you are getting a Bronze Tune-up at the beginning of the season, or a Gold Tune-up after 3000k, your bike will feel like new again!

Let us take care of servicing your bike without taking it to the shop. We'll pick it up, service it, and drop it off at your convenience.
- Book your appointment online by picking the level of service or repair.

- Place in the notes section of the desired time of pick-up, your address, and the specifics of where you are storing your bike if you are not at home.

- You will be notified and invoiced of your service completion, and your bike will be return home. 

Courtesy pickup/drop off service delivery in Stratford, or within 5km radius from our shop.
$0.75 per kilometer for Charlottown and surrounding area.

ONLINE BOOKING for service is highly recommended and enforced during the busy spring season from March till June! Wait times for those who pre-book their service will be shorter than those that drop their bike off without a booking.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • If you pre-book your service (online, or via phone), expect a turnaround time of within 3 business days.
  • If you do not pre-book, expect a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks during high volume times (April to June).
  • During these high volume times, some of our usual service offerings (e.g., Gold Tune-up) may not be available.
  • Due to ongoing issues in the bicycle parts supply chain, repairs requiring certain parts may take longer than anticipated.
  • Ebikes must be scheduled for an appointment and must be picked up upon completion.

Bronze Tune Up $89.99

Bronze Tune Up Service includes:

Align and adjust brakes
Align and adjust shifting

Inspect bottom bracket

Minor wheel true
Lubricate all pivot points

Recommended every 3 to 6 months of light riding.

Silver Tune Up $129.99

All Bronze Tune Up items, PLUS:
Remove and deep clean drivetrain components (chain, cassette & crank)
Perform lateral and vertical wheel truing
Adjust wheel bearings

Best Value! Recommended every 3 to 6 months of hard riding.

Gold Tune Up $274.99

All Silver tune up items, PLUS:
Disassemble entire bike
Deep clean all parts
Overhaul repack or replace bearings
Sonic clean chain, cassette and chainrings
Flush hydraulic brakes

Recommended every 6 month to a year of hard riding, or if you have no idea when your bike got an overhaul. My service specialty. You are literally giving me permission to obsess over your bike!

Ebike Tune Up $129.99

All BronzeTune Up items, PLUS:
Inspection of electrical components and cables
Diagnostics & Firmware/Software updates
Recommended every 50 hours of riding
Replacement parts not included in service package price.

We service all Ebikes except E-Scooters, or all other E-Type vehicles. Must have pedals.
*Price dependent on level of work needed.

Add on sevice and adjustments are half price. All bikes are test ridden after service completion. Tax and replacement parts not included in service price
