Ted brings a 20 plus years experience in the cycling retail/service industry from Kingston Ontario, St. John's Newfoundland and now Prince Edward Island.  We take great pride in fixing and tuning up your bike.  Always learning new ways to solve problems.  Keeping up with the latest bike component technologies through mechanic certification and courses. See and feel the quality in the workmanship. Weather you are getting a Bronze Tune-up at the beginning of the season, or a Gold Tune-up after 3000k, your bike will feel like new again!

Let us take care of servicing your bike without taking it to the shop. We'll pick it up, service it, and drop it off at your convenience.
- Book your appointment online by picking the level of service or repair.

- Place in the notes section of the desired time of pick-up, your address, and the specifics of where you are storing your bike if you are not at home.

- You will be notified and invoiced of your service completion, and your bike will be return home. 

Courtesy pickup/drop off service delivery in Stratford, or within 5km radius from our shop.
$0.75 per kilometer for Charlottown and surrounding area.

ONLINE BOOKING is now 24 hr turnaround time. Drop off bikes are 2 to 3 business days but may be longer during peak spring repair season

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Our bike service offers courtesy storage for up to 72 hours from the time of service completion and customer notification.
  • After the courtesy storage period expires, a $5/day+HST storage fee will apply.
  • During these high volume times, some of our usual service offerings (e.g., Gold Tune-up) may not be available.
  • Due to ongoing issues in the bicycle parts supply chain, repairs requiring certain parts may take longer than anticipated.
  • Ebikes must be scheduled for an appointment and must be picked up upon completion.

There's no such thing as bad weather to ride. Don't miss on training day just because you don't want to get your bike dirty.

If you've had your bike tuned up with us this spring, then you can have a quick professional cleaning service done to your bike with our Mercedes Benze Service Course Clean. No need to make an appointment. Just drop it off in the morning and have it back near the end of the day. 

So go ahead and let it rain on your ride or get muddy.

Courtesy 30 min publicuse

Work on your own bike for 30 minutes on our designated communal work stand. Do what you need to do with your bike with the use of our tools and courtesy chain lube. True your wheels or do your own general tune up. Perfect for the bike packing tourist in need of a pit stop. Call or text message ahead before dropping in. And while you are here, have some courtesy coffee on us :)

Add on sevice and adjustments are half price. All bikes are test ridden after service completion. Tax and replacement parts not included in service price
