Your Road/Gravel/ Triathlon or Hybrid bike with 9 speed cassette or more.
Riding attire, sweat towel and yoga mat.
Even Better:
All the above.
Smart phone with the Garmin/Tacx trainer app or a cycling computer with speed and cadence sensor.
Heart Rate Monitor.
Power Meter.
We will provide a Saris Fluid trainer, trainer tires and skewer. You can leave your bike at the shop.
Don't have a bike? Talk to us and we may provide you with one.
