Special Orders/Layaway
Layaways require a 20% non-refundable deposit and final payment must be completed within 60 days.
Special Orders require prepayment and you will be notified by email/telephone as soon as your item is received.
No refunds or exchanges are available for special order Parts or Accessories.
Refund policy
Items purchased at Ted’s Bicycle Studio in store are subject to a 30 day returns policy*
We will only accept items that are returned in the original packaging in resealable condition, if the product has been used we will not accept return.
For a return you will need the original receipt or have a store account showing the original transaction, failing this we will only be able to offer you store credit or exchange.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days once the item has been received in-store.
Special Order sales are final with no option to return. If the item you have ordered is incorrect we will charge a 20% restocking fee for cancelling the order [You will be refunded 80% of the value]
*All sale items are final, only regular priced items can be refunded. Body care items, cycling shorts, helmets, hydration products and food are strictly non-refundable, no exceptions.
